I have always taken all of my animals to whiten out vet since I moved here I cannot say enough about White Knoll veterinary hospital.. All the veterinarians are excellent at what they do My personal favorite of course is Dr Todd she is just awesome!!! I trust her!! I don't trust many people with my animals in fact I only trust close family. She's not only super intelligent she's thorough, knows what she's doing and really does care about your pet and you. I wanted to give a shout out to the nurse that was there yesterday not sure about her name but she had beautiful red hair and I just want to say thank you to everybody there!!

I was asked to complete a survey following my most recent visits. I was not satisfied with the level of care provided to my dog, and was honest in my response. Rather than accept constructive criticism and feedback, I received a letter stating that they were dropping me as a client. There was no apology or acceptance of culpability. What should have been diagnosed (ear infection and a polyp) in the initial 2 visits took 4 appointments and then ultimately a referral elsewhere. Their course of treatment was both delayed and inadequate and not based on a culture of his ear. White Knoll blindly prescribed an antibiotic during the initial visit that I later learned from another vet was ineffective after they actually cultured his ear and determined what bacteria were present and prescribed a sp

I cannot recommend While Knoll Veterinary Hospital enough for pet care. I screen my fur babies' doctors pretty thoroughly because they can't tell me if someone is mistreating them. They are extremely reasonably-priced, entirely client-centered, honest, and so kind. All the Vet techs and Dr. Rachel Todd are absolutely amazing, and the Pet Perks app is a great way to save even more money. I had friends who would to drive 40 minutes one way to take their pets here (they only stopped doing that because they moved out of state). Your pets will be safe here. While the location is very nice, clean, and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable and professional, I felt like they cared more about money than my pets’ wellbeing. I’ve had multiple positive appointments with them, but at my most recent, I was told my appointment would be with the doctor, but when I arrived, they said my appointment wouldn’t be with the doctor and that I’d have to pay extra and wait to see the doctor. Then when I contacted them to ask questions regarding sedatives so I can bathe my cat at home, they said they couldn’t help me unless I made an appointment with the doctor. I harbor no ill will against this practice, and I’m thankful for the ways they’ve helped me and my pets, but at the end of the day, I think they tack on additional charges at every turn and expectatio

They do a very good job here, and they're very fair on pricing. I really respected that they were willing to tell me that they didn't think my dog needed a certain service or medication. They don't try to up-sell you, and I trust that if they say your pet needs something, it's not to make a sale. Plus, they're just genuinely nice folks. Good place!
