ReNu Physical Therapy and Wellness

Just saw Cathy to deal with pains in my shoulder and back. She was very thorough and efficient in her evaluation and listened to all my concerns. Her treatments were excellent and offered me some relief. She gave me a variety of exercises to continue to strengthen my problem areas. It was so nice to work with someone in a small office who gave you their undivided attention for your entire visit. I would highly recommend seeing Cathy for any PT needs you may have.

Cathy's approach to physical therapy makes you feel like someone special! You're never just a "date of birth" to her - you're a patient, client, friend...because she really cares about taking care of the whole person. Beyond the friendly and caring demeanor, Cathy's therapy and treatments are well done, well informed, and extremely effective. I met Cathy while I was out networking and we discussed some achilles pain that I had been living with for quite some time. Cathy listened to me and developed some PT that was very easy and effective. We did some routines in office and I got some homework. She has been absolutely incredible the entire time that I have seen her. Very good at her job and she doesn't have to answer to a corporate boss. She has over 30 years of experience. I am blessed to have met her!

She assessed my situation by asking questions and listening to me and answering my questions. She was very thorough and explained the exercises and procedures to me. Cathy has been a true blessing. Wasn't sure if physical therapy would work for the number of issues I was experiencing but was willing to give it a try. In a short period of time, Cathy was able to relieve pain that I've been dealing with for a year. What a miracle and blessing. Always concerned about not causing me any additional pain or discomfort during our sessions which was also new from other experiences with PT. She's a marvel....worked the number of issues being experienced one at a time. Sweet relief!!
