Fantastic folks to work with. They really care about your health and the problems you’re facing. Friendly upbeat willing to work with you if there’s a problem because insurance companies are always changing what and how they will cover and pay but the folks at Whitehouse Pharmacy are already knowledgeable of the changes up front so that my experience with them is easier. They know about the changes in benefits and how to best solve the situation. Great hometown pharmacy with the hometown feel.

The staff is amazing. Even if you have 100 allergies after going a few times they will remember with out even looking in computer. That staff that cares. They know everyone by 1st name and anyone else that gets meds in family. I was there and I they new my spouse had meds when they saw me walk in.

Just started going to this pharmacy for my son's medication and it has been amazing! They make everything so easy and they are all so nice. Thank you for everything you guys do for your customers!

Edit as of 08/11/22: My previous review still stands! Love this pharmacy & staff! Fantastic staff and very caring. If you're a regular customer they actually remember who you are! I pick up prescriptions for my mother sometimes & they even remember me & will ALWAYS ask how my mom is doing, even before I tell them who I'm picking up for! If you want to be more than just a number, ("What's your birth date?"), this is the place to go!!! This is the way a "home town pharmacy" is supposed to work....and if you're too young to remember how "home town pharmacies" used to work, then switch your medication to this place, and you'll be pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased!

The staff here are nice, but operations are chaotic. Often they don’t have our prescriptions when we show up for one reason or another. When we’re out of refills they don’t inform us until we show up. When they’re out of the medication they don’t inform us until we show up. The online refill portal doesn’t always work and you don’t find out until you show up and need your medicine. A little communication goes a long way. There have been several times we’ve gone without medication simply because the pharmacy didn’t communicate with us. We’ve also set up auto refills several times, but it doesn’t work because we show up and it isn’t ready. This place is fine if you’re superbly on top of your prescriptions. If you live a busy life and enjoy great customer service, it isn’t for you.
