Kroger Pharmacy

I switched to Kroger recently and have been impressed by their great customer service and helpful staff! Everyone has always been nice, and happy to answer any questions I have.

They overcharge on prescriptions and mess up the insurance all the time. The last five times they didn't use my insurance and then wanted to argue. They are the rudest people I ever det with. When I asked to talk with the Pharmacist, he told me to go get my medicine somewhere else. When I asked, why not just fix the problem, he hung up the phone and walked away. The lady at the counter was so embarrassed.

Super disappointed with my service at Kroger Pharmacy. I have had multiple rude experiences with the employees there but tonight topped them all. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through to pick up my already filled prescriptions I politely asked the tech to help me with getting an OTC medication because I have strep and the flu. I went through the drive-thru because I feel literally awful. She told me she knew exactly where it was and instructed me I could go and pick it up myself because of the line that had formed...... but what she did not consider is that the line was HER FAULT for not making the car who was dropping off pull forward. Then I proceeded to wait for the pharmacist, and instead of actually going to help me out with the OTC medicine she just stood there.... and did

They take a long time. Kim, a pharmacy technician since 1997 is very very rude in the way she communicates or doesn't, with a very bad temper for nothing. She was very rude with my wife and me on many different occasions. They are the most slow pharmacy I have ever been to. They say often they will have the prescription the next day or 3 days. It is a long drive for me to pick up the next day and a prescription should be taken the same day.

I have never had any problems with this pharmacy. My prescriptions are usually ready ahead of time. There may be a line, but I don't mind. Go to the Walgreens across the street if you want problems. Regarding the idiot above who gave a low rating due to the pharmacy closing on time...arrive on time. They would be there all night if they kept seeing people after closing time. That's why the hours of closing are posted. That's your fault not theirs.
