White H.A.R.T. Massage

Casey is amazing! She finds my knots and goes to work! I had issues with pain and tightness when I raised my right arm. I’m not sure what Casey did, but I have been pain free ever since I went to her for a clinical massage.

Several years ago I was suffering from radiating hip pain whenever I walked up stairs. Physical therapy hadn’t worked so I decided to try White H.A.R.T. Massage. Casey worked on both hips and I realized the following day after walking up a flight of stairs that my pain was gone! I continue to see Casey monthly for maintenance and the occasional muscle tightness.

I was referred by my PT to White Hart , and I’m incredibly glad I followed through. Casey was exceptional from the very start — she listened carefully to everything I shared about my tennis elbow, biceps, and lingering shoulder injury. Her deep understanding of the precise trigger point work provided real relief after just one session. The pain and discomfort that had been holding me back started to ease, and I finally felt like I could return to my usual workout routine the next day — something I hadn’t been able to do in weeks. I have had back problems for many years. Years ago I started seeing a massage therapist who was able to eliminate my chronic pain. She, unfortunately left the area about two years ago. Over this time my pain returned and I knew I needed to find someone. Casey is that person. Her technique is different than my former massage therapist but as effective. Yesterday was my first visit. The office is perfect, clean and relaxing. Casey is wonderful and this morning I feel better than I have in months.

Casey is excellent and knows so much about the science of massage. If you need massage for medical reasons or pain management look no further. Completely a different tier and type of practice then the common "massage envy" type places.
