Elden Street Dental Care

I discovered Dr. Brian Queen when I moved to VA in 1998, when Dr. Queen was a rising young dentist in a large practice. I was glad when he opened Elden Street Dental, and have been with him since. Dr. Queen has never disappointed. What I like about Dr. Queen is he always got me into the office when I needed urgent care for a cracked tooth, abscess, or root canal (yeah, lousy teeth). Another thing I like about him is he is a Master Craftsman when it comes to restorations. He is up on all the latest materials, tools, and techniques, always offers the best to his patients, and takes the time to do it right the first time. How could I review the office without mentioning Kristi, his able assistant and office manager. Together, Kristi and Dr. Queen provide a personal touch that is hard to find.

We have been patients of Dr. Queens for close to 10 years and each visit we are treated with respect and great care. Going to the dentist can be anxiety provoking , but Dr. Queen and his staff provided understanding and compassion in every dental need we have. The front office manager Kristi is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She always goes above and beyond with any insurance concerns and providing information you need. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and she always works with you. This is a top-notch dental practice!

We've been going to Dr. Queen since my daughter was little (she's now 16). He's actually the one that recommended immediate treatment with an orthodontist for her severe under bite when she was 5 years old. I had to have surgery at age 17 to correct mine, and by getting her to an orthodontist early they were able to correct it with NO surgery! I am so thankful to him for his advice. The office staff is always friendly, you never have to wait to be seen, they are on time, the dental techs are gentle, and Dr. Queen is great! Super friendly :)
