White Drug Pharmacy

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to the staff in Cloquet. They were friendly and efficient and one young lady went above and beyond. I am sorry I did not get her name. Tonight, 10/8/20 I had a prescription filled that was over $200 even with insurance. This wonderful young lady took the time to run it through Good RX and save me a ton of money. She did not know me and could have just let it go but she didn’t. Customer service like that is rare. She is a keeper. You should treat her well. People like me are loyal to business that have great customer service. Thank you so much to that incredible lady. Also, thank you to the pharmacist for doing a consultation to be sure I took my medication correctly.

Update: I have been going here regularly for my prescriptions for about a year now and they have the best prices around here! Also all of the staff that I have encountered have been very professional and courteous this time around. The person I thought was rude is no longer there. My only complaint is that they sometimes close up a few minutes earlier than 8 pm. I work different hours all the time and a couple times now I have rushed there from work and pulled up at 7:56 or 7:57 and they already had the gate closed and the lights off. I know that's cutting close to closing but it was already filled and would have been a literal 1 or 2 min transaction.

I had the exact same experience as "Tammy" I no longer have prescription coverage so I am using Good Rx. Although Walgreens had been my pharmacy forever...(I'm 65) my $318 prescription would still be over $200 for some reason. Thrifty White was not only less than $20 they were friendly and helpful on the phone. It also is a drive for me.

I told them I wanted to apply my Good RX coupon. I specifically drove here from Duluth because Good RX showed the lowest price for my prescription at this location. They told me I CAN try my Good RX coupon, but they'd already applied theirs. Big name chains will act like using Good RX is an inconvenience, make you re-search your med because you brought up the wrong mg amount, or just flat out tell you the full price without telling you Good RX is a thing (I've experienced all of this). I've also heard of other pharmacies that don't even take Good RX. I try to tell the techs this every time I refill, but to go to a pharmacy that just automatically applies the coupon to your final prescription price is nearly saint-like in modern America. I recently switch pharmacies from Walgreens to here. Walgreens was taking too long and it was quite pricey at times (WITH INSURANCE!) did some research found some good coupons accepted at this pharmacy (Good RX GOLD!) and decided to try it… gave it a shot and my queens Becca, Paula and Katy were so fabulous and kind! It was fast and convenient! I love them and will be back. My medication went from $20 with insurance (ewe!) to $3!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy you accept good Rx GOLD and the customer care yall provide! I will be using this pharmacy forever now. It was busy but it was FAST! Thank you!!!
