The staff is excellent even though I have difficulty with good fit. And you can tell your supplier that I do not like thr charger!

I've had two appointments. My first appointment was the first appointment of the day. I waited over 20 minutes to be seen. My second appointment was the last appointment of the day. I sat in the waiting room for 20 + minutes and watched one employee after another leave for the day. Just as I was beginning to think they had forgotten about me, the audiologist called me into her room. She said my name had just popped up on her computer for my appointment. At that time I asked about the hearing aid that I sent in for repairs two weeks ago, and she said it hadn't come in yet and to check back in a week. The things you should be aware of before…. My mother-in-law purchased the hearing aids from Sara Downs Aud about 6 years ago. She has had an issue with hearing well and she kept expressing there was something in her left ear. Subsequent visit following in Cloquet, she requested to look into her left ear to see if there is ear wax or something in her ear. Sara was stating that it was not her job and should ask the primary doctor to do it, or it would cost her money for that. Following up with a primary doctor in Cloquet, he found a piece of ear tip in her left ear and was able to take it out. That was 2019. She completely lost confidence in Sara and would not seek help from the Hearing Wellness Center. She visited a different audiology for the past 3 years and was diagnosed with a c
