Great team here. Everyone has been a huge help, they are extremely nice, and I am finally getting much needed care that I didnt get at my last doctors office. The difference in being listened to and not dismissed is life changing. The knowledge the providers have is incredible, I can not put into words how amazing every appointment I have had here has been.

Will never work with Kathryn Stelling, a WH nurse, ever again. Rude, accusatory, definitely inconsiderate, annoying, the opposite of what a health provider relationship should be, IMO. Failure to report findings correctly. Really frustrating, stressful and antagonistic interactions from her. Will be reporting that I want her removed from my case, I want her access to my records to be deleted, and I never want to interact with her again. Really stupid, when she said there's much better pain meds, I asked her what does she recommend. She recommended 2 drugs I'm already taking, did not take the time to check my records to see that I'm already taking these. So NO ONE @ WH has recommended any new alternate. Just about to eject WH.

Staff is awesome, its like that small town DR's office vibe. First health establishment that shows they really care and want to solve problems that I have ever been to. Referrals go out quickly and fast response times. Overall great experience

I had no choice but to make an appointment with Whidbey Health Primary because they were the only place that takes my insurance. I have see other Dr's here, and had little to no hope getting properly treated... Until I met Christopher Hunter. Let me tell you, he listens to you and spends ample time with you. I knew I have an anxiety issue, but was never treated properly.. Huge shout out to Dr Hunter.. I certainly hope he sticks around.. I will continue with Whidbey Health primary as long as he is there.. Thank you again Dr Hunter.

I went to a doctor appointment so I could establish care with a new doctor in freeland. Since they get a new doctor every 6 months for some reason. They work with the walk in clinic and share information in the system. to preface this off, I wannan say I have Been calling them, sitting on hold just about an hour every time, listening to the same two hold music songs so i could ask about how they said I'd be getting a call about a consultation for my collarbone since I went in there over a week ago. First time I called, they said "I'll send you your x rays on email" and I said "I already got my x rays when I went into the walk in clinic 3 days ago" then they said, "well what do you want?" I said "I wanna know who they are referring me to." They said "I don't know yet. Is there anything else
