CVS Pharmacy

Having patience, common sense, and care and you should have no problems at the pharmacy. They are doing their best but the variety of issues they face makes the wait a little longer. 5-10 minutes at most.

I only gave 5 stars so that everyone reads. Staff was verbally assaulted until I was in tears just asking to have them help me understand their new system (as I just came from the hospital and am unwell) they just stood there and threatened to call the police if I don’t stop asking for help understand because I was being rude. I guess tears are rude ( this was after 4 employees threatening me and being verbally assaulted) I did not raise my voice or use any unkind words. I was direct and to the point. I have been a long standing homeowner on the south end of the Island for over 30 yrs. They can change the name but the staff is still the same, so expect nothing less than how you were treated before. I will not be back. This is only a review for CVS in Freeland Washington and the manager

Far worse than Rite Aid was. Long lines, understaffed (one clerk juggling three registers), lack of communication and signage, won’t answer phones. We wasted three trips in two days only to learn nothing was ready as promised. Inefficient, indifferent, incompetent management. They do not care about the customers and it shows. Will not be coming back.

Was let down . Thay can't seem to do l+I coverage. so i will now have to have all of my prescriptions done in north end pharmacy. Very disappointing 😞 K.c Johnson

Extremely nice people here. Very service oriented and wanting to help you. Good selection of products for a small store and a very nice pharmacy
