Unprofessional and rude staff. Had an unlucky week where I sprained my wrist and then several days on a separate occasion I scratched my eye. I went to the ER for both times. When the wrist was taken care of we had forgotten some paperwork so we went back to get it. My fiance and I were confused on where to stand and wait and this lady (nurse? Doctor? I don't know.) yelled at us to wait in a very rude aggressive way. I apologized afterwards and she seemed to accept it but it was very unprofessional. I didn't catch their name. Then the doctor, John A Sherman, that helped me with the scratched eye had some of the worst bedside manner I had ever dealt with in my life. Honest to God these guys should relocate themselves to a 3rd world country so then MAYBE they would be considered good. And no, I will NOT be contacting you guys because you know exactly what you're doing, yet refuse to change. 1. I came in critical condition, being severely dehydrated and in need of water / salene IVs after constantly vomiting even the tiniest sips of water. I sat in the lobby for 3 and a half hours before being called back, only to wait another 90 minutes before actually being taken care of, and the care was subpar at best. The staff did not seem to care at all. 2. My mother was asking for a certain medication for her life threatening internal infection, and they refused to give her any because they were convinced she was a drug addict. I went into the emergency room earlier today because I'm getting back cramps between my shoulder blades and cramps in my chest and I can't breath. I had fallen earlier and I explain that to the nurse. As she acted very inept and snotty sheqrote a bunch of stuff down and said she'd talk to the doctor. In the meantime I looked on the internet and the internet said with those symptoms I should seek immediate care from the emergency room or call 911. I sat there for over 2 hours watching them bring in possible sprained wrists etc being ignored. I caught her eye and I said I can't breathe You said you were going to talk to the doctor did you ever do that? and she said no and with a snotty look on her face she said your vital signs were fine. My son went to the ER and had to have emergency surgery, and spent a week in the hospital. Everyone were extremely nice from the minute he walked in until the minute he left. I have nothing but praise for nurses and his surgeon. Cheryl Cooper and Johnathan Gill

Look at all the latest ratings... all one star. Terrible terrible. The way i was treated in The ER was despicable. 20 year old doctor no, PA) literally rolled her eyes at me multiple times. Nurses were aggressive and rude too. Keep in mind I went because I was having a mental break down. All to sit in a room for 4 hours and be ignored. Yea, I came for help and to be safe.. was treated like a drug seeking criminal. Really pathetic apathetic poor care. Might have well stayed home and potentially hurt myself. Terrible Terrible people clearly that arent in the business of helping people. After reading reviews this is almost laughable. Dont believe me? Read them yourself. Obviously a truly despicable place for people in need of help.
