AWESOME! Everyone on the staff went the extra mile to make my daughter's procedure a smooth and positive experience. The office manager, Carolyn, scheduled our appointment. Front desk staff Roxi and Kris were so friendly and helped us with check-in. Tori, the assistant, and my daughter made an immediate connection! And, finally, Dr. Schafer was the best. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen. My daughter had no pain and was so relieved. I will definitely use Wheat Ridge Oral Surgery when she needs to get her wisdom teeth removed!

While it did not reduce my apprehension before the molar extraction, it was great during the procedure. Jason was particularly helpful. Pre- and post- instructions were clear. Financial details were spelled out and the staff kept very good track when we switched insurance after initial evaluation. I was called by the staff the next day to check on pain level, etc. I had a good one week checkup and anticipate no problems while waiting for implant. I will let Dr. Kardelis in Frisco know that his recommendation for this surgery was spot on.

Have had couple of implants placed by Dr. Schafer and her staff and it has always gone smoothly. They consistently make sure I understand the steps of the procedure, post-surgery care, and follow-up plans. They have also been quite attentive to my comfort during the procedures. I would definitely recommend this office. Aside from my consultation for this oral surgery, it was my first time here. I had some teeth pulled and was going to go to sleep for it. First time experience for everything. I was very nervous. From the second I opened the door until leaving after surgery, everyone was very nice and caring for my needs. The staff were amazing and kind. Dr. Schafer did a great job with my son, he healed quickly with minimal swelling. The procedure was less than an hour. I would highly recommend this practice!
