I can't stop recommending Jill to everyone and anyone. I've suffered chronic tendonitis, neck and back pain from my labor intensive work over the last several years. Jill's approach to healing and building back strength has made getting through the work week so much more feasible. I love Jill's holistic approach and feel very seen with every meeting. I'm so thankful for the work we have accomplished, mentally and physically.

Jill is an exceptional physical therapist—deeply attentive, insightful, and integrative in her approach. She helped me understand not just my mid-back pain, but the broader patterns in my body and nervous system that were contributing to it. Her guidance around the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems was eye-opening, and her diagnosis and treatment were spot-on. My back issues have taken me to four PT's over 20 years, plus two doctors, one chiropractor, one massage therapist, a cortisone shot, back braces, heat/ice, muscle relaxants, and other treatments and opinions. I finally found Jill and am blown away at how she genuinely, literally fixes you. Any physical issue you have probably requires more than just PT, or just yoga, or strengthening/stretching/massage/mobility etc. Jill covers the entire spectrum, all these things and the mental side too. Jill is an excellent physical therapist and an incredible person! I had been dealing with lower back and hip pain and intermittent hamstring strains for around 10 years throughout my collegiate soccer career and into my late 20s as I continued to exercise and play soccer.
