Dr. Shelly Cabana is a caring and experienced dentist. I have been going to her for years. She is patient, and makes you feel relaxed during your visit. She has made me several crowns and bridgework all in a timely manner and all of which are comfortable. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend Dr. Cabana and I will count her as my #1 dentist. HD

Very very horrible experience. I came to the office to get my wisdom teeth removed and had nothing but problems from the very beginning. They messed up my original appointment by not verifying my insurance, which meant I had to get additional time off work (which was already really hard to swing) But then afterwards did nothing but harass me with requests to pay my bill which was on a payment plan and was being paid regularly. Photos of this below, and keep in mind I was also getting calls from them as well. This office obviously struggles with communication, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone .

Been coming here for a few years and I’ve had mostly decent experiences. I recently had a deep cleaning performed (SRP - Scaling and Root Planing) and was upsold on “antibacterial” gingival irrigation and laser bacterial reduction. I'm still not fully convinced of the benefits of these procedures based on my research afterwards. I'd advise other patients to evaluate before agreeing to any supplemental procedures here or at any other dentist. However, the staff is friendly and seemed receptive to feedback, so I did edit my initial review. Scheduling has also always been easy so I would still recommend this place overall.

I came in today after spending a good amount of time during scheduling explaining a chronic dental issue and a difficult experience at my previous dentist, which is why I had been putting this appointment off. I understand the office was particularly busy and that there were internal system changes causing delays. I overheard staff acknowledging the need for more front desk support, and another patient had to point out they had been waiting well past their appointment time. I tried to be patient and understanding, especially since I arrived 15 minutes early and had already been waiting about 45 minutes. There was confusion around my insurance information. I was in need of multiple procedures that were challenging from the start. On my initial call to the office I spoke with Andrew. He made a human connection immediately with me and was the reason I decided to come to this practice. My doctor was, and is forevermore, Dr. Cabana. She is truly a skilled professional with a couple of decades of experience and is diligent in resolving issues while being patient, caring and making a personal connection. She paid attention to details which relieved my jaw pain and resolved other vital issues. Her team consists of Matt, Chris, Hunter and Tessa who are all professional and very skilled. They too connect personally with all patients making it a caring and healing team that takes you through all the steps. I can now smile with ease and project normal
