I'm giving them 4 starts because My Mom was with them for a short stay and the staff was helpful, friendly.Her needs were met.The only thing I had a problem with was her meals and 1 staff employee. She was given things she was not surpose to eat. And that staff member was delt with, I'm hoping. But over all things were fine.She was Happy That was My main concern. Making My Mom Happy.

Do not put your loved one in this place. It is unbelievable! They won't get the medicines needed, they won't return phone calls and they are extremely rude. They want you to sit down and shut up. They do not care about their patients. When you try to be the voice for your loved one, they get angry. Everything is fine until you demand that they do what they are suppose to be doing.

My mother is there. They seem like a really decent care team of folks. I wanta say a special thanks to Tammy for going the extra mile, caring the way you do, and not putting up with my mom's B.S. (lol) she def has her moments 😆 I love you mom 😎 😚

Too many things to address in simple review. Needs major improvements in nursing, staffing,admiinstvive food service esp for diabetics. Stress importantance of meds on time. Importantance of sleep meds and early morningitems. performance in Physcial Therapy. Take responsibility for lost and missing items.

My dad is a resident here and from what I've seen he's treated really good , the only issue is the smell of the place which I don't think they can do anything about
