Hailey is wonderful. WONDERUL! She is very attentive and informative. She listens and allows you to speak. She makes you feel comfortable physically and emotionally. And I know that sounds weird but when you’re getting the kind of PT I am, that’s a biggie. Her interactions don’t feel forced or ingenious. I don’t mind at all driving 20 miles to and from weekly to come here. The front desk lady, Sarah? (I’m sorry if that’s not her name) Is sooooo kind. Oh my goodness, when she called me to schedule as a new patient she was helpful. I really really wish more front desk staff are like her. Sometimes people are in bad places mentally because of the medical stuff they deal with and having to call offices and deal with a rude, short, and impatient staff member is so disheartening. I needed PT for a torn meniscus and the therapists at this location were outstanding, as well as the front desk staff. It's a very caring, friendly & upbeat environment. A special shout out for the 3 therapists that worked with me, Dan, Hailey and Ben! I'm back to my normal activities without pain and I have the folks at Penn Westtown to thank for it.
