Dan has been an incredible help in my recovery from post-concussion syndrome and neck pain. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and takes the time to really understand what I need each session. His dry needling treatments have made a noticeable difference in my recovery, and his expertise in all areas of physical therapy—particularly concussion care—really stands out. He’s responsive, personable, and truly invested in helping you get better. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dan doesn't waste time! He pinpoints exactly what needs to be done and designs a targeted, effective home exercise program that gives results. A one hour 1:1 session with him, where he spends 100% of his time on you, is like going to PT 3 times a wk for a month.

I was a long distance runner, used to Bike and play sports before my knee injury. Doctor Dan should be your first and only Physical Therapist. The hands on, 1on 1 time you get with him takes quality to a new level. His schedule is flexible, he is very knowledgeable, and he practices what he teaches. I am being honest when I say there will not be another PT for me in the Chester county area other than Doctor Dan. I had my ACL and my meniscus done. Doctor Dan has me on the right track to feeling good. Everyday and week is non stop improvement. You will not be disappointed. I wish there was a 6 star rating for him. He is personally invested in getting me back to where I was.

Dr. Dan and his team are amazing. Their care and attention is excellent. Dr. Dan’s diagnostic skills make him an excellent clinician, and that combined with his intuition is such a good combination in a healthcare provider. I always feel better after each visit, and I leave smiling! He’s taken such good care of my shoulder and hip. I feel more confident using them, I have less pain, and my shoulder is getting stronger. He also helped me get rid of a headache and assessed me after 2 falls. I’m so happy I found Instacare!

I’ve been having shoulder pain and discomfort for about a year now. I’ve seen Dan twice now. I originally met him at the CrossFit gym I go to, Explode in West Chester, where I was able to get a free one-on-one session with him to start the process. I’ve now seen Dan once at the Exton location and once at Penn Oaks and overall I am very happy with my experience! He is so knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of diagnosis and treatment plans. Since my first visit with him I have felt an instant relief in pain and discomfort. He has made it so easy to do exercises at home on my own so I can continue to get better on my own in the future. I would highly recommend Dan and his team for any PT needs you have!
