Dr. Guenthner is amazing! I’ve been going to him for years, and he has truly enhanced my smile so much. He’s helped boost my confidence, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. One of the best!

The only saving grace here is Dr. Ziesel. A clients experience starts from the moment they walk in the doors and continues until the moment they leave. The receptionist at this office is unprofessional and rude. I had my insurance changed due to getting married and gave my new health insurance card to them when I checked in. They called me back for cleaning and the receptionist charged into the room, told the hygienist to stop what she was doing and proceeded to rudely state that I don't have dental insurance and this wasn't covering it. She made it seem like I was a criminal trying to get a free dental cleaning. If I didn't have insurance, just charge me, but I did and provided them with the proper card. BEWARE!! If I could this should be zero stars. Arrived 45 minutes early. Excited to meet the new DMD for a preventive care cleaning and exam for my son. It’s difficult to fill out paperwork for my son that has an INCURABLE RARE PROGRESSIVE NEUROMUSCULAR DISORDER with a lengthy medial history (important for proper assessment &treatment). After filling out the paperwork, this aggressively disrespectful unprofessional women came out into the waiting room berating me and waiving our paperwork around stating they were unacceptable and will not see my son because I crossed out accepting email bills with a 2% fee (which I requested bills by mail for efficiency and timely payments & do not use email daily), I crossed out $50 fee (which if my son had an unexpected seizure, hospitalization, or illne

Going to the dentist is not on my top 10 list, but my experience was a pleasant one. The staff at the front desk were efficient. Kalin Guttman was professional and personable. She answered all of my questions with what I perceived as a smile (she was wearing a protective mask😁). Thank you Westtown!

The only dentist who "fired" me for not flossing, he wouldn't even let his hygienist clean my teeth due to the plaque that formed in my lower front teeth. I felt like Chuck Connors in "Branded". But like any service provider, I found a replacement; there is always someone else. He promoted the Sonicare brush that helped my gum issues. That $69 electric toothbrush saved me thousands in periodontal work and I haven't had a cavity in 8 years. Like my ex boss who laid me off which allowed me to become self-employed, thanks Westtown Dental for showing me the door, I found better care and have saved a fortune.
