Westtown Dental Arts

I am very surprised by how positive these reviews are... We went to Westtown Dental Arts for a tongue tie procedure last year, all was great, we were required to pay up front, which was no problem, but we knew going in that the procedure was covered by insurance. Insurance promptly payed the dentist after the procedure, and over the last year I've had 6 phone calls on top of emails asking for reimbursement of the money that we paid up front. Each phone call ended with a "technical issue" and a surprise that we haven't received a check from them yet, but no accountability to actually make sure we ultimately receive it. I now unfortunately have to submit formal complaints with the Attorney General to report this bad practice because it's been over a year that we haven't been reimbursed.

I’d give 100 stars if I could! I’ve never felt more welcomed and cared for by an office stands before in my life. I took my son (8weeks old) for a tongue tie, to say I was scared is an understatement. But Dr. Stall was amazing. He was knowledgeable, personable, and reassuring. He came up with a great plan for my baby and my baby was able to nurse successfully right after! I nearly cried out of joy to have my good little eater back again. He saved my breastfeeding journey: I can’t thank him enough and I can’t thank his assistant enough either. He was more than helpful the entire time for me and my baby, and he comforted me through the hard parts. It meant the world!

I traveled almost an hour to go to this dentist as I was looking for a compassionate skilled person. My experience was reassuring and each person was so kind. Very grateful. I just recently returned for an extraction which was painless and I felt reassured by his assistant as he did the procedure. Outstanding service and compassion immensely grateful

Yesterday, I completed a four month implant journey. It was worth the time and expense. Dr. Stall did an amazing job and I am very happy with the results. His assistant was very caring and understanding and helped me through some of the procedures. I can't say that I want to go through this again any time soon, but if I had to, Dr. Stall would be my choice!

Dr. Stall was wonderful! He caught a tongue tie on my baby that another dentist missed 3 times. He got us in very quickly and was very knowledgeable. His staff was very friendly and welcoming and the office is very clean and nice.
