fast, efficient, and friendly. good app; they always answer the phone; and send you a text when meds are ready. cute store with desirable goodies and supplements. even a drive thru and compostable packaging. couldnt ask for better. a breath of fresh air after struggling at walgreens for so many years.

Been using Westside for years. They are great! Their texting program takes out all of the guessing game on whether your prescription will be ready. Drive thru makes it so you aren’t standing in line with a bunch of people coughing. If there is an oddity with insurance coverage they go over the cost ahead of time and make sure you are ok with the costs. Based on my experience (for years) not sure how anyone would be surprised at the drive up unless they are throwing a coupon out without verifying it will work prior. Couldn’t ask for more.

Our family has been going to Westside Pharmacy since they opened. Always a great experience and super helpful, a few hiccups here and there but that’s to be expected given the type of business this is. Drive through makes it so easy when sick or not wanting to get out of the car. Will never go back to a big box pharmacy again.
