Got a minor burn which made me panic a bit since it was burning more than usual. Went in and asked for where the burn ointment was but they helped me pick out the right one which suited my situation without me even asking. 10/10 much better than CVS where Id probably have to spend 10 minutes scouring the store for the same thing.

I love westside Pharmacy. When you call you get a real person, the staff is warm and welcoming, my prescriptions are always on time and the Pharmacist available to answer questions.

Coming to this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other places. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They know regulars (like me) by first name and I always feel cared about when dealing with them.

I hadn’t been here since I’ve been a kid. I had to go here today to get something for my daughter and the staff was extremely strange like almost controversial from the moment I walked up no customer service skills at all. I know I wouldn’t have these people working at my business didn’t catch the name of the two people I interacted with, but definitely wouldn’t go here again. I love supporting our local businesses, but I support customer service kindness, and treating everyone the same.

It's sort of a boutique place. They carry a lot of name-brand meds, especially anything that has frequent shortages like ADHD stimulant meds. This means they have them when no one else does, but it costs you a lot more out-of-pocket. They also charge their own separate upcharge for handling these kinds of meds. And they will only fill your prescription for these meds if all of your other meds are through them as well. Aside from all that, it's a pretty normal independent pharmacy. I've always had good customer service. They always call me back right away when I leave a message. One other thing: they took great care of a young person who stayed with me for a year and who needed a lot of different and complicated medications, and who was on MediCal.
