Westside Family Medicine

Best decision I made in a long time. I chose to change to this practice because my previous was clinics with student residence. While they were amazing, there was just something inside me that wanted more experienced continuity of care. Just 3 months in and I know I made the right choice switching to Westside family medicine. I feel like I’m being talked to as a mature adult who is working with professionals for my best care. Not a lab Guinea pig whose medication is yoyo’d regularly. I feel confident in this change and that Dr. Reid truly hears me and will humanistically work with me to medically work toward my goal of making sure my medications are safe to conceive and have a baby on!

Nice staff, well located, and relatively easy to see a doc. Shirina was great. Don't over-book my doctor, find another fantastic provider within this group. I will note that Klara is not great. It's like group texting your medical details with your doctor and a bevy of random people who sporadically ask for your credit card or medical info. That I could do without. The medical practice itself is solid.

I have had the worst time this last year with healthcare providers to have one that actually made me smile and no sense of an attitude. But a great amount of patience meant a lot. I give this healthcare 16 Stars. With all the health issues I have this visit was by far the best one . PLEASE don't change your practice you guys are different ,my health insurance issue and it's just not about the money with them. Now don't get me wrong you can't go for free but you can tell empathy and compassion is something they aren't allergic to.

My experience with Westside Family Medicine has been excellent. Dr. Jenny Gerner and the entire medical team have provided outstanding care. I always feel very safe under their care; they have done everything possible to protect me and ensure I am never at risk. I am truly grateful, and I wouldn’t change this service for anything. I highly recommend them.

Friendly office staff and tidy facility. I saw Dr. Jenny Gerner for the first time. I found her to be warm and compassionate; she took the time to listen to me, ask questions and offer several solutions. She also did a follow-up tele-health appt. to go over test results. I am grateful to be a new patient of hers.
