Had a fantastic first time experience with Best Self Wellness. My PT, Amelia was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable through the entire session and answered all of my questions about the pelvic floor. Amelia has a sports background and she was able to instantly relate to the problems I was experiencing regarding pelvic floor + powerlifting. I didn't realize how much it effects performance! She showed me a couple of at-home techniques to relieve some of the symptoms like glute bridges (I didn't realize I was doing it wrong this whole time) I walked away feeling so much better! Highly recommend seeing Amelia!

Melanie is incredible!! I’ve seen other pelvic floor PTs but she was able to fix my issues in just a few sessions. She spends sooo much time with you, unlike other places that do 15-20 min. Your session is dedicated just to you and she was so sweet with my toddler when I had to bring her with me. Highly recommend her! You get what you pay for and more, it’s worth the investment in your health and wellbeing

I went to Best Self Wellness during the end of my pregnancy to manage pain and prepare my body for labor and I’m so thankful that I did! Paula set me up for success and I was able to have an extremely positive birth experience. I plan to go back postpartum as well.
