I recommend!! It was my first health appointment here in the USA. I was nervous because American people can be very cold and unfriendly sometimes. But, not Doc. Lui, thank god. She was super professional, kind, calm, talking an understandable English and asking question constantly about myself, showing interest in helping me out. I appreciate her patience and kindness. Also, the nurse that started with me and took my blood, was nice and professional as well. I highly recommend this clinic, because I was very well welcomed and treated like a human being should be treated, with respect. The receptionist also made herself clear and was polite. Thanks guys.

Very unprofessional place. It is unbelievable. 1 - They use three separate apps to manage appointment, communication and testing results. 2 - They never sent me my test results on time. When I ask, they sent me old testing results from 2 months ago. 3 - Experience depends too much on which doctor you are working with. The whole place is lack of uniform protocol and professional manner. After all it is supposed to be a clinic, not someone’s living room….

I highly recommend Eric Nguyen the PA-C who handled my recent telemedicine visit. Eric was professional and the medication I was prescribed is definitely working. I was especially impressed by how carefully and patiently I was listened to. He asked relevant questions that showed he heard and understood me. He gave full and understandable explanations about my condition and medication. While we talked he was emphatic and expressed genuine concern about my wellbeing. Thank you Eric! And thank you Westside Family Practice for providing excellent, prompt care from competent and caring medical professionals.

Dr.Meer is fabulous I was the first appointment of the day & I was in and out which is amazing. He actually listened to my concerns & gave me suggestions on what I could do didn’t force anything on me. He will now be my new PCP. Office was nice & clean the front desk was very friendly and welcoming The Medical assistant was great drew my blood painless process & even though I’m a phlebotomist I hate getting my blood drawn but he put me at ease we talked about Bad Bunny so that’s always a Plus for me lol I look forward to my next appointment Thank you guys for everything

First time visiting everyone was nice and polite. It was quick. My doc, S. LaSala she was amazing and friendly felt like I’ve known her forever. Got blood work done. Usually I complain but they were gentle and left no bruising.
