Westlake sleep center

I was with my 80 year old mother at her overnight sleep study. Cesar was the staff who helped us. He was very professional, thoughtful and attentive to our needs. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended for your future sleep study at this center.

I just called and the one i was talking to was very rude and raising her voice on me on the phone. I tought she will help me out as a first time client. Very rude this is not the first time and she wont give me HER name. Better train her on customer service!!!! Wont suggest it either.

I came late and the lady still took me in and set me up with the equipment. I used up her lunch time I felt terrible. Thank you guys for great service.

I am super happy with the new machine I got from them!! Jackson did an outstanding job in helping me fit my nasal mask. His explanation on how to use the machine and keeping all of the “moving” parts clean were very detailed and helpful. I am no longer troubled by the whistle sound or air leakage problems blowing at my face like my old machine from Apria did. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service both Jackson and Donald has provided.

The man that just helped me, Jackson his name is, the CPAP Technician. He always has good energy .
