Very poor experience. Nurse mis communicated to the NP and then when we asked follow up questions, we were dismissed very quickly and they didn’t go into any detail or take any time. We then needed to seek other medical attention to make sure they had done the right things and it was clear that they didn’t take our case seriously enough. I would not recommend going here unless you have a very straightforward issue

I was very pleased with my visit to urgent Care UCSF Serramonte. They were very efficient and prompt I was happy that I was able to be seen on that day. I felt they were very thorough and help me solve my respiratory issues which seemed primarily due to asthma. The PA's recommendation for further follow up it was also appreciated 👍

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a 3:15 appointment and waited over 2 hours before being seen by the nurse practitioner. She was rude, dismissive, and rushed through the visit. She gave me an initial assessment, then after about 20 minutes her assistant came back and changed the diagnosis, which was confusing and did not inspire confidence. The assistant was using a tool in my ear and it was painful. When I asked if they were close to my eardrum, the response was “I dont think so,” which is not reassuring at all. It felt unsafe and poorly supervised. Overall, this felt disorganized, unprofessional, and careless. Long wait times, inconsistent information, and painful, uncertain treatment made this a horrible experience. I would not recommend this clinic.

My doctor was so empathetic and caring. Additionally she was so smart. She diagnosed me accurately within minutes. She had me go to the ER to get a CT scan to confirm what she thought and she was right on! Also there was no wait and I heard from the secretary she was the only provider on that day. From the secretary to the nurse and the doctor; all were very professional and very kind. 10 out of 10 for sure!!
