CVS Pharmacy

Ana is a fantastic pharmacist!!! She always has great heath tips about taking new medicines and keeps our vaccines up to date. It feels like home with her warm personal greetings.

I’m from out of state and needed to fill an emergency prescription. My doctor called in my prescription to the CVS at Target in the Serramonte Center (Daly City). I chose that one because it had the best review of all nearby CVS stores and now I know why (the rest were not very encouraging). The person who attended to me was courteous, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend THIS location.

Arrived as 3rd customer of the day. Technician spent 25 minutes on 1st customer, who made incessant demands and sent the tech searching through the whole pharmacy no less than 6 times, while the line grew from just 2 to 10+ customers. The sweet 76 y/o lady in front of me had to keep shifting her weight from leg to leg being forced to stand in line more than 25 minutes. Inexcusably poor customer service & time management by the tech. Pharmacist saw the growing line yet never offered to help. I will search for an independent pharmacy where customer service is valued.

Some AI "assistant" blocks all calls from reaching the actual pharmacy. Calling Target doesn't help it, as their view of CVS's number is a redirect to that same AI nonsense. If you need to talk to a real person for literally any reason whatsoever you'll need to show up in person and wait in a 30min line.

Pharmacist Miss Hana helps me even she is really busy. And she reminded the person to pull up the mask who was coughing at that time.
