WestLake Care Community

I’ve had a great experience with Westlake Care Community as they’ve been helping care for my grandma. They’ve gone above and beyond, including assisting us with getting her ID and being incredibly responsive whenever I call or email. We do monthly assessments to review her care, and I appreciate how they truly listen to both me and my grandma. Whenever we’ve requested something, they’ve been quick to accommodate, and they’ve also been proactive in making sure my grandma’s needs are met. The staff is amazing—some of them I even recognize from the community, which makes it feel more personal and connected. Thank you to everyone at Westlake for your dedication and kindness. It means so much to know my loved one is in good hands.

Westlake has been a blessing for my dad. He moved in to this facility in July 2025. The staff and residents have been amazing. We were greeted with kindness and respect. He is well taken care of. And I am so grateful that I can trust his care team to provide him with the service he deserves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting a community that treats you like family.

My mom was at Westlake for 1 week for rehab, after a hospital stay. The staff actively communicated with us about her needs. They are kind and respectful to the residents. If my mom needs skilled nursing again, we would go back.

My experience has been wonderful. The staff has gone out of their way to help me. Especially after that first week, and everything was coordinated..it's been amazing. Denis and Patrick have gone above and beyond for me and they helped me get stronger. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Westlake to everyone. Even after I go home, I will be coming to visit often. Love Westlake!

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at Westlake. My brother spent some time there and the staff is awesome. They do their best to provide a safe,caring,loving,family-friendly environment. I saw first hand how thoughtful they are when working with the residents. This place is a little bit of heaven on earth. Thank You, Jill, Kiki, Marlene, Kirstin, Peggy, Desiree, Addy, Sarah, Rosa, AJ, Christian, Janet, Maria, and cafeteria staff (good food, especially the cheeseburgers ).
