I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Garcia and his entire veterinary team. They truly saved my dog's life. When we discovered a cancerous tumor on my dog's thyroid, they went above and beyond - even squeezing us in last minute when time really mattered. We drove three hours just to have him treated at this facility. Thanks to Dr. Garcia and his amazing staff, and Noah, my dog is alive today. We are forever grateful for their dedication, kindness, and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the highest level of care for their pets.

Shannon at the front desk was an absolute angel from the moment she answered my call; reassuring, kind, and didn’t dismiss me for a concern that probably could have waited for our primary vet. Jordan and Veronica were also very sweet, patient, and understanding. They did not make me feel like I was “too much” for being concerned about my dog. They were quick to get me back into a room, but prioritized their more critical patients (understandably so). Overall, the wait was short and worth it. Are the prices high? Yes. Obviously. That should be expected for the area/emergency hours. But honestly - what’s the price for peace of mind? The facility is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Highly recommend this place for emergencies or any basic animal care needs. The staff ( especially the two ladies up front) are absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful when taking my call and when we arrived as an emergency case ( diabetic cat). I was a nervous wreck, they were so kind and caring. It helped me stay calm during the visit. Dr Dina Legume ( I hope I'm getting the name correct) is a wonderful vet. She didn't rush through things, she gave me information and options. I left feeling like I could manage the situation until we're able to get in and see our vet.

I cannot thank this emergency vet and their staff enough for the care and compassion they showed me and my dog. I first brought her in for an xray and then later an ultrasound and received the devastating news about her condition. A few days later, I returned to say goodbye and put her to rest. This was my first time going through something like this, and I was alone. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable and supported as possible in such a heartbreaking situation. They allowed me to call every day to ask questions and talk through her symptoms, always taking the time to listen and reassure me. Heather, in particular, was incredible — but truly every nurse and staff member I interacted with showed genuine kindness and compassion. Checking on me every few minutes

Our cat got bowel obstruction. Dr. Julia Cohen is a wonderful veterinarian doctor, quickly diagnosed a problem. ER doctor- Dr Mineo, did the surgery promptly, found a huge hairball blocking small intestine. 24 hours later our cat was at home, healthy, with good appetite. Thank you to the doctors, clinic and staff for taking an excellent care of our kitty. ❤️
