I’m a brand new patient and unfortunately I’m already feeling concerned about the level of care and coordination this clinic offers. After my first appointment, referrals were placed, but I’ve experienced long wait times on hold just to reach the office and no follow-up communication about next steps, no communication about referrals and no assistance when I’ve expressed my concern. For patients managing chronic or autoimmune conditions, timely coordination is really important. I’m hoping this improves, but so far the experience has not been reassuring. I would not recommend going here if you want providers who care about your health and ensure communication.

Incompetent. Beyond worst experience dealing with this place, my fiancé had a new patient phone appointment in August, they decided to leave early for the day and canceled. She was told to call and reschedule, but is impossible for anyone to answer the phone over there, to the point the call just disconnects (tried calling back for weeks). When she was referred again, they finally picked up the phone just to let her know the doctor is know longer accepting new patients. Might as well tear the place down and turn it into a CVS, at least that would help people.

This urgent care is great! I absolutely loved Cara the PA-C who had absolutely helped me in completing my CNA forms. She's amazing as well as the front desk who were very kind in assisting me, the wait wasn't too long and I'm grateful to get a proper checkup after two years now.

There’s a serious morale problem here and it shows. Most of the staff carry themselves like they’re being forced to interact with the public as punishment. Cold attitudes, zero warmth, and a general sense of “please don’t talk to me” coming from multiple directions. It’s uncomfortable, and honestly kind of embarrassing for a professional setting. The only thing that salvaged my experience was this kind girl at the front desk . She was kind, attentive, and actually made eye contact which, around here, is apparently rare. It felt like someone finally remembered patients are human beings. If leadership doesn’t start hiring more people like her, this place is cooked. One decent employee can only carry so much dead weight.

Terrible experience! Normally visit the Grass Valley office but needed an earlier appointment for a clearance for an upcoming surgery. Followed the link in the patient portal using MAPS GPS. It took us to Sierra Doctors instead. The receptionist there told us that had happened to 6 other patients in the previous month. We tried calling the clinic and remained on hold until we finally found the clinic. Upon arriving at the clinic we told them what happened and they told us we would have to reschedule because we were more then 10 minutes late. There were 3 people in the office and no one was answering any calls. I told them I couldn't believe the poor service when we had left the house an hour before our appointment time. They asked the doctor and he agreed to see us. The front staff
