Natural Wellness Massage

I have been going to Natural Wellness for massages for The Last 5 Years and this year my husband bought me a membership for my birthday. It's amazing and makes me take care of myself on a schedule. I love the atmosphere. Clean calm relaxing and friendly. It's wonderful to go in early and get a steam before my massage. Jennie gives a great massage really pays attention to what's going on in my body and helps so much with working out my aches and pains without leaving me sore the next day.

It was my first time at Natural Wellness. The place is very clean and has a nice vibe. The staff was welcoming and I was taken to my room almost immediately. My therapist was professional and she gave a wonderful massage. I asked her to work on a couple specific areas and I left feeling completely relaxed I look forward to my next massage

I'm a trail runner and writer in Auburn training. I get frequent massages and Jennie is a miracle worker. Easy and wonderful to book with Jessa. The post body work Sauna & shower is an incredible value add. Overall excellent experience.

I have been searching for a massage therapist for over a year since I moved up here to the Auburn area. And I have to say I have found the perfect place. Jessa was hands down amazing, best 90 minute cupping massage I've had a long time. Having a steam sauna afterwards was a bonus. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who was looking for complete relaxation and hands that know what they're doing.

Jennie is amazing! She used techniques I had not experienced from other therapists. She very personable and professional.
