Western Reserve Hospital

Thank you to everyone at Western Reserve Hospital for making my surgery day such a great experience. Dr. Apostolis is very professional, skillful and caring, and I am already feeling much better one day into recovery. My post surgery nurse Kyle was caring, respectful and so helpful in getting me ready to go home. So many others were wonderful also, including LaDonna in the waiting room who was so kind to my husband. We love this hospital and the delicious homemade chicken soup they sent home! Thanks again to everyone!

100% Five Stars!! My 7yo has had two outpatient procedures here and both have been nothing short of excellent care. Every staff member was exceptionally kind and eager to help even if they weren't "assigned" to the patient. From the waiting room to the PACU to the recovery area, everything was clean and organized. Robert, Meg, and Pam (nurses) cared for my son as if he were their own. BEST outpatient experience by far and highly recommend!

This hospital has a wonderful staff and everyone explained everything in a detailed fashion that left nothing for us to be concerned about. Dr. Gemma communicates in a manner that makes things easy to understand and the surgical work he performed here was top notch. Also, the temperature inside the rooms and hallways was comfortable, not freezing like some other area hospitals. The people in the cafeteria are efficient and the food was of high quality. We especially appreciated the chicken soup they sent home for us on the day we left. The follow-up by phone checked on how we were doing and allowed us another chance to ask questions. This hospital's parking is both easy and free and close by doors during bad weather. I strongly recommend this place!

I recently finished my rehab from rotator cuff repair under the excellent care of the staff at Western Reserve's Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium staff. Couldn't have been more pleased with my care. From the scheduling done by Becky to the exercises prescribed by Traycee, the entire treatment experience was top flight! Have to mention Traycee's assistants Christy and Arielle, as well. All are a talented and caring group. My sincerest thanks to all!

Wonderful hospital! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with kind, caring individuals. The hospital was impeccably clean. Everyone treats you with respect & kindness. I had a routine procedure done and was so relaxed and unstressed about it because of the staff there. I can't say enough great things about the staff...the Front entrance lady, the lady who walked me to where I needed to go, the nurses, the lab techs, the doctor, the anesthesiaologists, etc. Know that when you are a patient in WRH that you are well cared for. I was even sent home with a container of chicken soup, which was delicious! Who does that? So caring!
