I had a great experience with Dr. Stephen Moore at Falls Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. Dental procedures—especially anything involving root canals—can make people nervous, but Dr. Moore did an excellent job explaining everything step-by-step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Moore is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. The procedure was much smoother and quicker than I expected, and he checked in several times to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort. His calm demeanor and ability to communicate clearly really helped ease my anxiety.

I was referred to Falls Endodontics for a root canal on a bothersome tooth. Dr. Moore and staff were very professional, friendly and informative about the exam and procedure. I was impressed with how quickly the procedure progressed and very happy with the outcome. They were attentive to my needs and comfort. Also, the front office personnel was extremely helpful with the billing and insurance coverage. I highly recommend the Falls Endodontics.

Everyone treated me with respect and kindness from the time I entered the building. I am very pleased with the professionalism and the work Dr. Moore provided. I was kept informed by his assistant during the entire procedure of what was happening which helped me stay calm and relaxed even though the grinding sound was terrifying. Thank you so much. Every employee ( from start to finish ) was AMAZEBALLS. I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to any dental work. I wish I remembered the name of the Office employees because they were absolute sweethearts. Dani was the Dr’s assistant. She had me laughing and feeling incredibly comfortable from the second I met her. She explained the process to me, even described different sounds, vibrations, or things I would see, feel, and hear. Dr. Moore was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He made me feel at ease. I had 💯 confidence in him and I absolutely loved his family pics in the waiting room.
