This place is fantastic!! Jodie the dental hygienist is an absolute pro and super friendly. Dr. Crossetta is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff gets you in and out with zero issues. I would not go anywhere else for dental work in WNY!

I was treated badly when I confronted the Dentist and asked questions about my treatment. He tried to force me into paying for something I did not want. They were billing my insurance company incorrectly/processing errors which caused a long delay in my treatment that led to 2 teeth not being able to be repaired. When I told the Dentist that I did not want what he was trying to get me to prepay for, he dismissed me from the practice. I had my last Dentist for over 20 years. This has never happened to me before. I am not happy with the care I was given.

I’m a bit over retirement age and my teeth are not getting any younger but Dianna Loos (my dental hygienist) and Doctor Crosetta Are a real godsend and keep my grin as young as possible. Been with them for must be 20 years now and have never been disappointed with their services. Thanks guys appreciated.

Diana, the Dental Hygienist at the Hamburg location, is extremely competent, professional, kind, and has a heart of gold. She does a thorough job with attention to detail when I see her. She no doubt saved me from multiple cavities. My mother has dementia and she encouraged me to bring her in her wheelchair and spent extra time and was so patient with her to make sure she did a thorough cleaning and was extremely kind to her. There needs to be more people like Diana in this world! Individuals like Diana give businesses a great reputation in the community. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond for patients. Definitely 5 stars because of her!!!

I have always had a great experience at this location. Everyone has been kind and friendly which I appreciate since I have anxiety from years past when belt driven drills were used. Dr. Crossetta has been compassionate, kind, understanding and actually makes my visits almost fun but always bearable.
