Western Montana Hearing and Speech

Having problems with my older hearing aids that were failing me, I dropped by their office to see what I could do about getting them repaired. The staff bent over backwards to repair them immediately, then got me an appointment to have my hearing checked (it'd been five years since last tested). I found their service and prices to be excellent! I fully recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues.

To begin with the operators at Western Montana Hearing and Speech are PhD. level audiologists, unlike the salesmen one finds at many other hearing aid shops. They start with a comprehensive hearing exam and do a thorough evaluation of current hearing abilities. I found the entire process to be professional and reassuring. Working with them was an excellent experience!

Western Montana Hearing and Speech offers a calm and welcoming environment to step foot into when you most need it. Going through vertigo for the first time in my life, I was educated, reassured and my symptoms were taken care of. Highly recommend them!

I left -another-- (RMH) audiologist in Missoula because they were unfriendly. The staff only understood how to be cold & politically correct (never joyful happy). You never saw or talked to the actual audiologists.They never even came up or said -hi- to their mostly -senior- clients or expressed any gratitude what-so-ever. You talked to staff members wearing protest masks -tuned- to their own private office world. Talk about forgetting about clients. This is the place. 👎 I understand they do cochlear implants. That’s a scary thought. My regular audiologist left and -with her- went the superb service. I just became a number. I let RMH staff -know it- as well. The staff is professional, friendly, efficient and extremely proficient at communicating about the tests, their results and how the hearing aids work. Their dedicated commitment to patient quality care was evident from the moment I entered their office until I returned for my two-week evaluation with my hearing aids. In addition, the quality of care has remained excellent upon returning with minor issues. The hearing aids are immediately and easily fixed. I wouldn't trust my hearing care to any other provider.
