Extremely expedited customer service. Responded to an email must have been as soon as they opened in the morning because I sent an email way after hours. Not only responded but took care of the transaction immediately. Then when I placed another order shortly after, I got confirmation again within the hour. I highly recommend North Ridge Fire Equipment. Prices are competitive and again excellent customer service and friendly as well! I will be ordering again from them in the near future!

Seven minutes. That's how long it took from when I placed my order to when a label was created and I was able to track the shipment. I received the first order I placed in lightning speed, so I made another. I had ordered the same stuff direct from coaxsher, and they have been backordered for months, despite charging my card... Outstanding customer service! I placed an online order after regular business hours. I received a call the next morning letting me know that one of my items was out of stock and would be about 10 weeks until it would ship. The gentleman was very helpful and he gladly made a substitute for an in stock product so that the package could ship that day.
