These guys are very friendly and quick. Brad is an excellent manager and the staff work well together. I believe they are supposed to be closed on Wednesdays and they even come in on their day off to get work done. Thank You Western Mass Conpounding!

I have had scripts filled here for a couple years. I find Brad and his staff very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Ordering refills is easy either online or by telephone. I usually have a quick refill turnaround; and if there have been any delays, it was immediately communicated to me. If there has been any problem with the medications or applicators, they have resolved the issue promptly. They will offer to contact my physician for refills. I always pick up my prescriptions so I can’t comment on the mail delivery. I don’t usually have to wait to pick up my order, unless it’s busy. Overall, very pleased.

The only two issues I've had with them is that they're expensive and my flexible spending card doesn't work with them, but other cards do. They're the third compounding pharmacy I tried. The first told me I had to pick up my medication in person. It seems that the person on the phone was incorrect, but I didn't try again. The second place I tried seemed okay and had good prices, but my third order didn't arrive when they said it would and when I called they said that they were running two weeks behind, but never told me. Western Mass Compounding Center is expensive, but they're up front about how much they have prepared in stock and if they have it, they ship on the day ordered. Ridiculously expensive and slow. I can't wait until the Amherst pharmacy is back to compounding. In the meantime I found a compounding pharmacy in Vernon CT and was able to get 3xs the amount and paid $10 less!! They're also stronger so despite the drive I'll be going there for the moment.
