Very professional staff from reception through various tests and exams. The entire staff has been so pleasant. Dr Jacoba is amazing and this practice is very fortunate to have him as a team member. Thank you all for what you do every day! Your positive attitude makes a difference.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. They explain what they're doing and make sure you're comfortable. I never felt rushed. Dr. Spatcher spent time with some of my questions and offered really helpful suggestions.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat my Mom so kindly every time we have an appointment. They explain exactly what they are doing before they do it. They are all very helpful and patient. We recommend them to everyone. Keep up the great work.

Although most staff were still in training. Kristian did an excellent job of checking me in. I later had to check out and he was again able to help me set up a follow up appointment. A tech had rushed out to catch me to redo an eye image b/c I blinked. Kristian was able to schedule a follow up with a specialist. Great Job!

Everyone was welcoming and kind. Facility was modern and clean. Dr was very knowledgeable and helpful. Appointment was on time and moved at a pace that was comfortable. Sounds great and it is… but it also feels like a machine. Lacks the warmth and personal touch of a small practice. Not a complaint just my personal preference.
