The service that I received from them went so far above and beyond that I just had to write a review to share my experience with others. From the way they promptly handled what I needed through Dr Rishi’s office and their great communication, to when I went directly to receive care from their office in West Springfield, I was warmly welcomed and, most importantly, listened to! I began with state street dental to have upper and lower dentures made. They made 2 impressions and both were aweful. Then the owner of Vitality Tech had me come straight to him, despite the fact that Vitality Tech doesnt deal with the general public, he only deals with dentist. I met with the owner the same day, his name is Vitaly, and he is the definition of class and professionalism. As was everyone there who are not accustom to the public being there. I also need to say that this was the 4th time they remade my dentures due to shade issues that were not their fault. I expected it to be a problem but Vitaly didnt care what the reason was, he only cared about my satisfaction and without question he remade my dentures within 24hrs.
