Western Family Care

Quality healthcare is limited in our area, as we all know, and we are lucky, extremely lucky, to have access to such a quality clinic only moments from home. My entire family has attended the clinic for years, and I only have experienced positive and healthy interactions. They always see my heath as a priority, and the medical advice has been on par with hospitals and clinics in large cities many hours from here.

I have gone to the Western Family Care in Riverton a few times. Their ultrasound tech has done my ultrasounds for blood clots. She is great, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The receptionist and schedulers have all been kind and friendly. The blood draw gal is great too. She gets me on the first poke, often hard for phlebotomist, from my experience. I would definitely suggesting giving Western Family Care a try.

Front desk and people that are “in charge” are extremely rude and didn’t like it so much when you snap back! (Some Receptionist are nice ) Denied care to my entire family because they were overcharging me and didn’t wanna make it right. Then the “CEO”. Wanted to get rude and be condescending, When I called to ask why one med check and one sick visit were over $850 (no labs not test no nothing) they deactivated all of our accounts and laughed at me on the phone. No love lost. Do not recommend.

I wish I could leave a half a star. This place is typical riverton expectation. I had to make an appointment because i needed a referral in order to see a physical therapist. I wasn't even in there for five minutes and the Doctor didn't even look at my leg, let alone glace at me.They billed my insurance $400 for less than 5 minutes. This place is a scam and a joke

Don’t really recommend. The lady at the front was extremely rude to me when I called. Thank god I accidentally called the wrong place and not my actual doctors office. I had called thinking I had missed my appointment and wanted to pay anything that I needed to if I did or at least reschedule. Told me what they saw on their side and said she could get me in but was extremely rude to me the whole entire time and acted like it was some major inconvenience on her part that she had to help someone. I called the right place after realizing and made an appointment there and then called back to cancel and the lady who answered was way nicer. You work in healthcare you need to treat people with respect. It doesn’t matter if you’re a nurse, doctor or a desk worker. You are at a doctors office which
