SageWest Health Care - Riverton Campus

I was in need of a CT scan per a local physician. I was having to leave town the next week and the scheduling went above and beyond slip me in to the schedule to get the job done the day I was initially contacted. I rushed from Lander to Riverton and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. I was sent to an equally admissions clerk and was promptly checked in. The great radiology staff fit me into their schedule and performed the task with a helpful, compassionate, and professional demeanor. I could not have hoped for more. Thank you

The doctor and nurses were very nice and helpful. However, one of my x rays was useless to my orthopedic surgeon. It took them several tries, and they never were successful in the hospital. I have tried to contact someone to let them know and see about the charges for this, and I have not received any call back. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone who can help at sage west.

Thursday Oct 16 2025 I was a walk-in patient for a foot x-ray arranged by my primary physician. I arrived about noon and was admitted by a friendly and polite receptionist. I went to the radiology waiting room was checked in by another friendly and polite lady. After a short wait I was escorted to the exam room by an equality friendly and polite nurse. I was asked if I could place my foot on the table and plate while sitting in my walker. I agreed and was x-rayed with no problems. I went home feeling fine. I have neuropathy in both lower legs and feet and have no feeling in either. An hour or so after I got home, I had a uncomfortable feeling in the lower leg (right) that had been x-rayed. I removed my shoe and sock and saw a large red and purple mark from just above the ankle dow

The people I encountered at SageWest were great, friendly, helpful and professional. However, I'm not sure I'll be back. SageWest has outsourced the reading of the radiology scans and both my husband and I had to wait 10+ days for the results. Not acceptable.

I had a brain MRI. The technician was professional and explained everything carefully, explaining the excessive noise was unavoidable. But bearable. Afterwards she answered my questions about the amazing machine. Thanks for caring.
