Lupe is a great receptionist. She has helped me with my appointments and responded to all my questions and concerns. The doctor is also very sweet and takes her time to care for her patients. Definitely would recommend this dentistry!

Lupe was very professional at the Yuba city location. I didn’t have an appointment and had to walk in for urgent checkup she did everything very fast. I didn’t have to wait long . I appreciate her so much she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of . Thank you Lupe your are appreciated .

I love coming here , friendly staff !. Lupe is awesome always smiling with great energy definitely makes you feel welcomed . Gherra, Rabia is caring and gentle and sweet . The xray ladies are super sweet!. They took me in when in pain and made sure I was taken care of , would recommend coming here !!.

Usually I hate going to the dentist but this office has felt different since the get go. Super friendly and bubbly receptionist(Lupe) always so welcoming. Definitely recommend

Extremely disappointed with Western Dental in Yuba City. I received a bill for $424.11 with no statement or explanation of what the charges are for, and I haven’t even been seen there in over a year. I’ve called multiple times and no one can explain the bill. I’ve also emailed repeatedly and never received a clear response—most emails are ignored entirely. I was a loyal patient for years, but after switching to a different dentist, I suddenly started receiving overdue bills with no transparency. I’m not paying for charges that cannot be explained. Very poor communication and billing practices. Please contact me to provide a clear and itemized explanation of these charges.
