Lamiqa is very nice and always helpful. Receptionists are good at what they do. Although the dentists did refuse to give back a gold tooth they pulled, they did treat me promptly and with dignity during my aftercare visits.

I purposely chose to go to this western dental rather than the Santa Cruz one since it was supposedly cleaner and a better experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 6 years and had tooth pain and they turned me away. I booked this weeks in advance and they said I had to go to the Santa Cruz one. Unacceptable, unprofessional. Don’t go here.

I feel totally scammed. I went in for an evaluation and X-rays. I knew I needed two molars extracted because old fillings cracked and broke most of the teeth off. Well to get extracted, which is covered by my insurance, can only be done with the required bone grafts, not covered by insurance. $500 each. Then charging $900 ea for “onlay” crowns (partial crowns) x3 because my insurance only pays for full crowns. And it’s a must that I have the required extensive gum treatments. Which includes custom made trays, top and bottom, for $500 each! Just to treat with fluoride gel, which is an extra charge per mo for 6months. After I had scan done for such fittings, I reconsidered. Had my appointment today, the office was clean, I had a little wait, the staff was friendly and tried to help me as best they could, going to the dentist isn't the most fun thing to do, I would go to this office again

Very disappointing. Lady in reception (curly hair) failed to give us a note for school because she "gave us one yesterday"...yesterday's visit was also upsetting because the receptionist stated that the ortho staff forgot to come in the watsonville location and went to gilroy location. Is that true? not sure, but her demeanor is not very friendly and the reason why we came in today is because she told is "tomorrow"....believe me, I don't want to miss work or have my child go to school late consecutively because the receptionist keeps moving our visit for the following day and then sends us home without being seen, then blames the ortho team. **ALSO, IM NOT SURE WHY SHE STATES IN OUT CHART "PATIENT RESCHEDULED" WHEN ITS THE WESTERN DENTAL RECEPTIONSIST WHO KEEPS RESCHEDULING MY DAUGHTER...
