Sutter Urgent Care

My experience at the Sutter Urgent Care facility in Santa Clara was exemplary! Check-in was fast and easy, wait time was less than 10 minutes, both in the waiting room and the exam room, respectively. The nurse was efficient and empathetic, and most importantly, the doctors I saw were knowledgeable, quickly addressed my situation with compassionate thoroughness, and treatment was successful.

Great receptionist team that is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable about their messaging/reporting/care system, bilingual, and gracious with those who are waiting to be seen. I appreciate the kindness and gentleness of the medical staff as they deal with various urgent medical issues and everyday appointments. The entire team knows how to ease someone's situational anxiety and bring a sense of calm when one is going through personal health care issues.

Unfortunately, it was a long wait due to one doctor on duty for walk ins; 60 minutes. However, the staff was courteous and explained the wait. Once I was seen by Doctor Elizabeth Lykin, I was very pleased with the attentive and professional care I received. On a negative note, the x-ray machine was not operational and was unable to get a chest x-ray taken while at the clinic. I am prone to bronchitis and should have been able to get one on site. I was told to make an appointment at the Aptos clinic or go to Main Clinic. There is a large community of individuals who depend on this clinic services to be functional and timely. It can be a hardship and imposition for some of us to travel to the main clinic in the horrible traffic we have on Hwy 1, let alone being sick. Aptos clinic is always b

very nice staff. came in for 1st visit and was checked in fast and given appointment time to return same day. Dr was able to address my visit well, and was set up follow up appointment as well. one of my better experiences with an urgent care.

I walked in to urgent care without an appointment as I had an issue with a finger. My wait was no longer than 10 minutes, and once I was shown to the exam room I also had wait fewer than 10 minutes. The doctor was friendly, professional and thorough, diagnosed the problem, and sent me for X-rays to inform further treatment. I have had the same respectful, competent care from Sutter for many years.
