Love this office! Have always had great service and treatment. The staff is always professional and friendly even when they are super busy or running a bit behind because of an emergency or service. The Drs and staff are wonderful and have truly enjoyed having this location as my go to dental office. Thank you!

I have had the best care now at both my appointments. Everyone was so nice and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. They didn’t try to “sell” me something i didn’t need or want. They were helpful, gentle and thorough. My mouth felt great when i left. Much thanks to Haley my hygienist! She was wonderful!

After I was able to get the appropriate clearances from my doctors, Western Dental has provided amazing care to me. I got a detailed estimate of what my insurance covers and what it does not as well as recommended procedures that I would need to ensure proper mouth care. I got the top half of my mouth cleaned one day, and the other half cleaned the very next day. I have my fillings coming up and spaced out to ensure that I don't have to go through too much at once. I have cirrhosis so I bleed a lot, but my hygienist kept calm and made sure to work diligently anyways and was very patient and considerate for what my mouth is going through.

Employees are wonderful and they do their jobs well. Never had an issue there. They’ve decided money before customer service as you are now routed to an offshore call center to make appointments and pretty much anything else that they can save money by not hiring additional people in their own country and have to pay a fair wage. Call center has made appointments that we show up for and their front desk staff who are wonderful then have to tell you there is no record of that appointment. Then leave their front desk staff to have to deal with all the angry customers who show up for bogus appointments. Like I said staff get 5stars but who ever calls the shots gets 0. My experience has mostly been positive except for the very first appointment which I had to make with the call center. After 30min of the person figuring out if my insurance is accepted, I got scheduled for a Saturday appointment. I show up and I’m told the dentist takes a lunch during my appointment time… so why was I scheduled for that slot? Oh well the call center doesn’t communicate with the office and doesn’t know about this conflict. This sounded like a problem that comes up often yet nothing is done to address it. I would think if I were checking on the upcoming appointments and saw that someone was scheduled for a time that they shouldn’t be, I would call the patient and reschedule.
