Dr. Ricks at Smile Tucson, and his staff, are absolutely amazing!! I’ve had a lot of dental needs since I was a child, and I’ve worked with several dentists and specialists over the years. Dr. Ricks is hands-down my favorite dentist! He’s gentle, knowledgeable, quick, and always listens. We’ve worked together to find great solutions for my teeth, jaw and thereby, my overall health. Additionally, his staff is friendly, gentle, and caring. The office environment is welcoming and comfortable, and the TVs above the dentist chairs provide great distraction while receiving dental care. No funny smells, and private rooms complete the comforting environment. I am much better off with Dr. Ricks’ care! I would recommend Smile Tucson to everyone.

The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The office is warm and inviting. They take very good care of our teeth. When my sons (who have autism) became of age they gently guided them into taking care of their own paperwork. They encouraged me that I could leave after my appointment. That the boys would be just fine to finish up since they drove themselves to their appointments. Every effort is made to make you comfortable. Dr Ricks will fix what needs to be fixed and help keep you smiling. Makes going to the dentist a pleasure. I look forward to my visits with Irina. She is gentle and really listens. The boys have no anxiety about going to see her for cleanings. Well done Smile Tucson!

I absolutely love this dentist office. I have been coming here since 2017. Dr. Ricks is always kind and pleasant. He is very knowledgable and patient when explaining things. Irina (dental hygienist) is one of the most pleasant people you will ever encounter. She is also very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She makes you feel like family. She always takes good care of me and gives me helpful advice. Highly recommend this dental office!

I have had 3 great experiences at this office so far. 2 were for cleanings/one new patient intake, and the other was for a root canal. The dentist and hygienists seem to really care about their patients. They are sweet and will take their time to talk to you. I dread going to the dentist but they make the experience more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office!
