Special thanks to Karen. She worked with my budget and made my new smile possible Dentist is also awesome working with my anxiety. I no longer fear the dentist like I used to. I no longer need to get medication/sedatives to go to the dentist. Karen was great about talking me through process and Karen has even followed up and genuinely makes you feel welcome. There’s also a Starbucks and a juice spot and fantastic. Sam’s all right there. You can get your haircut teeth done and a snack thanks digital smiles great job Team.

First appointment here. Arrived 20 minutes early. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half. Staff is nice. Let me know it will be at least another 30 minutes. Not coming back, don’t recommend

The office was very clean upon my arrival. I was greeted by the front office staff and immediately called in for my appointment. Everything that I needed to have done was thoroughly explained to me with many options to choose from. The Customer Service was caring and refreshing and I will only go to this WD location. The care from the dentist was very personal and everything was explained to me before treatment. It was a very positive experience.

I was there for exactly an hour and 35 minutes when I decided to leave. They had me waiting and were either understaffed that day or double booked? Not sure but if I would’ve been told why it was taking them so long I would’ve rescheduled especially when it was my first visit there and I was just doing a check up to see if I needed further work. The staff were nice but the issue was lack of communication and understaffing/ over booking.

I’m sitting in the lobby for my appointment, only to find out that I don’t have one. This is the second time in the last month or so. I’ve been trying to get a crown done for a few months now. That process was stretched out by a 2 visit cleaning, another visit for more X-rays because insurance said they didn’t show proof of work needed. Thee office is still saying they need to resubmit it. I’m normally a passive guy, maybe too passive. They also tried to lie to me and tell me they spoke to someone to let them know. Which they didn’t. I pressed them about it and they double backed to let me know they didn’t speak to them, they left a message. Work nights, so to get here by 1030am is kind of rough for me, especially for no reason. I’d avoid this place at all costs if you could.
