Truly glad I decided to start my chiropractic treatment here. The ladies at the front desk are so pleasant and on top of things. There was a bit of a wait for my original scheduled appointment time but it was well worth it. The doctor took his time and was so personable. He truly took his time to understand my body and the areas that needed focus.I instantly felt some relief. The office is very clean. Relaxing lighting with great soothing music. I felt extremely comfortable. I know I made the right choice!

I am truly grateful to have found Total Body. They have a genuine pride in quality of care. Jenny at the front desk is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Nahdir is personable and professional. He explained my diagnosis and treatment process thoroughly, and has been happy to answer questions throughout. Massage is also available (it’s Roxanne for me) and the office has other spa touches like ambient music and lighting. My visits have been personalized, effective and relaxing. After trying multiple chiropractors, this has been a completely superior experience and I’m very pleased with my progress. Thank you, Total Body!

Very personable Dr..’s. Two brothers. Compassionate, very knowledgeable about the body as related to chronic and short term health problems. The office is clean the reception staff is friendly and genuinely helpful ! Inwould highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional chiropractic office. Acupuncture is also available done with loving hands.! The chiropractic Doctor is very gentle and empathetic!

I love this place. I have been coming here for years. Having Dr. Nahdir give my unaligned body a much needed adjustment then follow it up with a full body massage with Roxanne, it’s the best. I always feel like I’m walking on clouds when I leave. I just want to note that Roxanne is an amazing masseuse. Total Body Health and Wellness provides the best chiropractic and acupuncture care I have ever had. And I have been seeing chiropractors off and on for 40 years! They do an amazing job of zeroing in on specific causes, rather than simply treating symptoms. I recommend them to everyone I meet who needs this type of care!
