The doctor is great, but the front desk staff really needs a lesson in basic courtesy. I called to see if they could squeeze my son in for an ear infection, and Claudia gave the most unaffectionate, “No—she’s done for the day. She just saw her last patient.” A courteous response would be, “I’m so sorry, but she won’t be able to” or something that at least sounds like you care. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Staff can run business away so I hope they see to it that the front desk is trained properly.

I was kinda scared by other reviews saying the office staffs are rude or not welcoming, but my experience did not match what the reviews said. The staffs did all the jobs on time - making an appointment, sending out referral, and getting authorization from the insurance company. Do not rely on the reviews too much.

Dr Krieger is awesome. She’s an excellent pediatrician that communicates well with both patients and parents. All 6 of my children are patients. Dr Krieger is a great clinician that doesn’t just throw prescriptions around. I love the holistic approach that she takes. She’s always refers to knowledgeable specialist.

Dr. Krieger is a great doctor and super nice, but her reception staff is HORRIBLE. Every single encounter i had with them they were very rude. They had attitudes whenever i asked any questions and very unwelcoming when i took my baby to her appointments. If they hate their job they should quit. Only giving a star for Dr. Krieger.

I’m giving two stars because I love the Dr so much. Unfortunately I had to find another Dr. What prompted my review was going into my new Dr office and everyone making me feel welcome. At Dr Krieger’s office the receptionist (all of them) are so rude I was afraid to call when my foster kids were sick. They gave my Socail worker a hard time and honestly I think it’s hard enough to do her job already. It’s really crazy just how mean those ladies are!
