DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Protect yourself from poor service. I scheduled an appointment at this clinic for a routine cleaning/preventive care. During the consultation, the dentist told me that I had one cavity that needed treatment. We scheduled the appointment for January 27 at 12:00 PM. The first issue was that my appointment was rescheduled to 2:00 PM because the dentist was running behind with other patients. I accepted this without any problem. When I arrived for my appointment, I declined local anesthesia. After that, the dentist’s attitude suddenly changed from friendly to aggressive, for no clear or explained reason. The entire procedure took about 15–20 minutes. The dentist placed a filling, but it left my bite too high. I did not notice it immediately, however the next day I

I went to Poway, before coming here, and I'm glad I did! The ladies at the front are awesome and I just walk in and they tell me "I got you, go ahead and have a seat" I love it! I also enjoy how wonderful my dentist is and how helpful they have been through my entire dental procedures! I thank everyone for their smiles and making sure I am well taken care of!

If I could give a 0 star review I WOULD! Anyways, I had an appointment today, my appointment was at 11am they didn't take me in until 12pm A WHOLE HOUR later then what I was schedule for. Mind you I was only going for a cleaning, I didn't even get my cleaning done because of how long they took , It was me and another person THAT WAS IT. Not only did I cancel my appointment on the spot but a patient had to reschedule their appointment due to how long they took. Not to mention the manager at the front desk Maria gave horrible welcoming's to new patients. Never going to the place again.

I want to show my appreciation for the San Marcos Western Dental office. A special thank u to Dr. Guo; dental assistant; and business manager Alex. Dr. Guo seems to be a caring Dentist. She shows compassion while soothing my angst for dental work needing completion, today. Dental trauma over the years, has been challenging anytime I enter a dental office... I appreciate Dr. Guo and her staff in supporting me through a rough visit.

I had a great experience at Western Dental thanks to Ofelia shes a really nice and genuine person! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me with my insurance questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about the patients. It’s rare to find someone who brings both kindness and efficiency to their work.
